Return & Refund Policy

Please contact Customer Care at customercare@harringtonpro.com for authorization to return items. To ensure your returns are processed as quickly as possible, please refer to the following guidelines:

  • All returns require a completed Returns Authorization Form to be included with the package.

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days from shipment.

  • After 30 days, restocking charges may apply to authorized returns.

  • Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • No cancellations, returns or credits will be issued for Made to Order materials.
