Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Options:

We primarily use UPS to ship all orders, but we occasionally use FedEx or USPS.

Shipping Cost:

We offer free ground shipping on online orders of $249 or more. For qualified product orders under $249, UPS Ground shipping is $14.95.

Some restrictions apply. Shipping charges will apply to products requiring special handling including hazardous materials, oversized items, and expedited shipping services. If an item or items don't qualify for free freight, shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and method of shipping.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times are dependent on method of shipping, but for UPS ground shipping, all USA orders are 3-5 business days. We typically ship orders the same day that the order is placed, within our normal operating business hours. If the order is placed outside of our business hours, it will be shipped out the next business day.

Lead times listed for products are calculated from data relevant to past orders. We evaluate the average lead time for an item over the past 12 months and display that to give users an approximate sense of when they can expect to receive their items.

Lead times displayed on our website are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking:

Order history displays information such as the customer-set purchase order number, date the order was placed, the total cost of the order, the order shipping status, and the order reference number.

For updates on orders placed over the phone or in person, please submit a contact form request, and a support Rep will reach out to you for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

As each order is unique, and some items must be shipped or handled differently, so the solutions we can provide to fix the issue are varied. It is always our goal to handle our customers' orders with care and urgency. We want your experience to be positive, efficient, and professional. If an error is discovered with your order after shipment or receipt of your items, contact your paccount representative for assistance or contact our team.
